CallCenter 1.5

This is the Call Center Plugin for Elastix. This plugin is an Elastix component that allows the creation of telephone campaigns for auto-generation of calls serviced by agents. Agents are provided with a per-campaign script, the information on the person just contacted, and a per-campaign formsheet for data collection. Collected information can be downloaded in CSV format.

Latest version is Call Center 1.5-3.6 (Aug 23, 2010).
