TOPIC: Inbound calls issues.

Inbound calls issues. 1 Year ago Karma: 0
I have just started getting into Elastix I have no prior knowledge about PABX software but I do have a technical background.

I have an OpenVOX A400 card with 2 FXO / 2 FXS ports.

I can send / receive calls from my SIP connections to Extensions.
I can call Extension to Extension.
I can call Extension to FXS port.
I can call FXS port to Extension.
I can call to the outside world on the FXO port from the FXS port.
I can receive calls on the FXO port but I get "The number you have dialed is not in service" message.

I have setup inbound routes for the SIP connections to connect to X-Lite soft phones.
I have setup inbound line 1 FXO port to route to line 4 FXS port.
What log and from where can I post to diagnose the problem.

You will need to change the context to from-zaptel in your dahdi config file

Can you clarify the location of this file.

This is the card reported in Hardware detection.

WCTDM/4 "Wildcard TDM400P REV E/F Board 5" (MASTER)
