hi , i have some queues which have dynamic agents logged to it

my request , is i want to monitor the the dynaic logged users to my queues.


my problem is not always i can see the dynamic agents from FOP.

i know that if i double click on the icon of queue , i can see the agents logged.
but the problem is not always the logged agents are displayed
and here is a sample image which display my problem


as you see i double clicked on the icon , i was supposed to see the agents number " 110,111" but for sorrow i couldnt.

hint , sometimes it appear and sometimes not .
what is the reason ??


another question , how to know the dynamic agents from cli of PBX ?
